Fashion Race

Last weekend me and my bestie Mutiara Aisyah joined FIMELAgirl Fashion Race at Senayan City. In fashion race, we should look for the outfit at 8 stores which participated with FIMELAgirl and took photo ourselves wore the outfits, after that we tweeted "I'm joining #FGFashionRace in this (#brand) (outfit: top, skirt, bag, etc) @FIMELAgirl".

The brands which participated are D:Fuse, Topshop, Superdry, New Look, Miss Selfridge, Suite Blanco, Wakai, Swatch, Bling, and The Little Things She Needs. I chosen D:Fuse, Topshop, Superdry, Miss Selfridge, Suite Blanco, Wakai, Swatch, and The Little Things She Needs. Here are some photos!

NOTE: (from up to bottom)
1. I picked WAKAi shoes with pink neon colors. These shoes are really comfy to wear.
2. For Superdry, I chose the jumpsuits and the knitting outer. I love the jumpsuits because they suit me perfectly. The outer is heavy but so warm.
3.  Suite Blanco. I chose horizontal peplum tube dress and chess motif shirt.
4.  Next is The Little Things She Needs. I chose the strawberry flat shoes and green clutch.
5.  The fifth is Swatch. I chose the bright color one, orange.
6.  Miss Selfridge. I chose the polkadot shirt and those high heels with pretty laces.
7.  For Thopshop, I chose the knitwear and mini skirt. Simple, comfy and chic. Love!
8. The last is D:FUSE. I picked the jelly transparent pink flat shoes.

Plaza Indonesia Fashion Week

Here is my late post for Plaza Indonesia Fashion Week on March 23, 2013. I attended for Lee Cooper, Zara, Mango, and Noir fashion show for their Spring/Summer 2013 collections. Before and after the show, all attendees got free flow beers, munchies and of course there was also drawing.
Lee Cooper was the first. Denim is never wrong to be chose for casual look. Simple and clean cutting, bright colors, and of course not ordinary. I love the kimono. So chic!

The most lovely appearance of Lee Cooper Men look, chocolate jeans with the coffee suspender and white shirts. I love the hairstyle also. Never gone wrong.

The next fashion show was Zara. The collections were full with floral pattern and bright colors.Top, blazer, shorts, and dress with the floral pattern are the most eye catching. Zara was not only bring floral to their Spring/Summer 2013 collection, there was also black and white for the blazer, pants, and mini skirt. Overall, the collections were sophisticated. Oh yes, nice try if you want to mix the look between black and white clothes with the bright color on your accessories.

The third was Mango, with black and white colors as dominants. And the last one was Noir with black as the dominant color.

Indonesia Fashion Week 2013

Hello people! This February I have something to share. Something big for fashion event. I could say this is the biggest fashion week in Indonesia. It's Indonesia Fashion Week 2013. It held on February 14 until 17 at Jakarta Convention Centre (JCC). I am so excited because this is my first time for seeing the real fashion show. Hehehe, sounds cheesy right? But, this is true!

Btw, I only attended the fashion show on February 16 which is the third day and the theme is Men's and Urban Wear. And the fashion show is from several brilliant designers. Let me say, Deden Siswanto, Dave Hendrik and Tri Handoko (3D), etc. Let me share some snapshots that I took. Sorry for the blur pictures because I sit in far far awaayy from the stage.

The attendees crowded Plenary Hall JCC before the show is began. The big stage, excellent lighting, and super big room.

It's a sign that show is start to begin. It's thrilling me. Orange light and pretty graphics on the screen just make me so so so nervous to wait the show.

Big stage with so many models are the main interest. Indonesia Fashion Week presents the show successfully. It feels like I was watching the non-stop fashion show.

Dave Hendrik collaborates with Tri Handoko as 3D to present Men's casual look.

And here is Pinot Noir by Deden Siswanto. So much cool!

The closing of Pinot Noir by Deden Siswanto.

Not only fashion show, there is also exhibition. There are many booths with beautiful decorations, also there are mannequins to display the contestant's work. This event absolutely help Indonesian's designer to show their talents in fashion field. I can say that our Indonesian designers have big potential in creating excellent clothing: clean cutting, creative design, and the most important thing is wearable.

Contestant's creations are displayed in front of the entry of Plenary Hall. Local products with extraordinary and luxurious style.
